In the EPID-Leaflet: "Erdgas" (Natural Gas), published by the energy political Information Service in March 2013, you will find – amongst others – a contribution by Stephan Kohler from the dena on the subject of ‘power to gas'. The article explains the important function of gas as storage for the fluctuating renewable energies. Under Erdgas  you will find the link to the leaflet and an extract of this contribution.

After a successful journey around the world across four continents the solar vehicle "SolarWorld GT" returned to the place of its origin on the 19th April. Students of the University of Applied Sciences Bochum built this self-sufficient solar vehicle, which had managed a proud distance of 29,170 km by the end of its journey. Mobility 2.0, Issue 2.2013:  Bio-fuels have come under criticism. Do we have to bury our ambitious plans for building up a bio-fuel industry or will we succeed in finding  a sustainable production and use for bio-fuels?
